  • Sonia Wainberg | Osteopath

My name is Sonia -welcome to GumLeaf Osteopathy.

My dedication to osteopathy is deeply intertwined with an appreciation for the natural world. Through this practice, I am grateful to have developed and embraced stillness, attentive listening, and patience.

I consider myself a generalist and do not specialise in any specific condition or area of the body. I just love to treat the whole person! Having said this, I’m very interested in movement as well as functional breathing as it has such a massive impact on the whole body.

I also have a strong fondness for exercise, with a long-standing passion for weightlifting.
